choc.chip cookie

These aren't actually a sandwich but still good!
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup of margrine or butter, softened
1 egg
1 1/2 cups od all-perpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 package (6 ounces) of semisweet chocolate chips

1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees

2. Mix both sugars, butter and egg in a large bowl with a wooden spoon. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff); stir in chocolate chips.

3. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls (make it look like ice cream scooped) onto an ungreased cookies sheet

4. Bake until light brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cookies cool slightly, then remove from cookie sheet with a spatula.

Makes about 24 cookies

Smelly Feet

Toast a roll*Slice olives and heat them in a pan for a very short time* cook unbreaded chicken cutlet in butter in same pan* one side for about a 4 minutes* season the uncooking side with paprika and tarragon* flip* cook this side for four minutes* melt cheese on cooked side while other side is cooking( cover with aluminum foil shortly, for cheese to melt)* place olives on toasted rol* place chicken ontop of the olives, add more olives on top of chicken, if desired* Top with a very little amount of Hienz Zesty Honey Mustard on other toasted rol side, if desired* cut in half * enjoy!

Vodka Chicken

* lightly toast a roll * put pepper jack on one side& alla vodka sauce on the other* toast until cheese is melted* place breaded chicken cutlet on the cheese * top with tomato slices* top with other side of roll* cut in half* enjoy!
